Marketer runs alongside whatever you already have — this just tells us what we'd be working with.

How big is your audience today?
Contacts you could actually reach — the first of the two numbers your price is built on
How much do you send?
The second number. Estimates are fine — we'll sanity-check it together
Nicely targeted
You're mailing segments, not everyone — the habit that keeps opens high and unsubscribes low. Entrello keeps those segments up to date on their own, so working this precisely stops being manual work. It's cheaper too: emails are one of the two numbers your plan is built on.
A reasonable starting point
Most organisers land here. Entrello's Audience Builder is what moves you further — it sorts regulars, first-timers and lapsed visitors for you, so mailing the likeliest bookers takes no longer than mailing everyone.
There's room to tighten this
Regulars, first-timers and lapsed visitors don't want the same message. In Entrello those groups already exist — you define them once and they maintain themselves, so splitting a send is a click rather than an afternoon.
Much of this is going to the wrong people
Every mail that wasn't written for someone teaches them to ignore the next one — and you pay for each one, so the waste shows up twice. Entrello shows you who actually opens and books, which is usually a far smaller list than the one you're sending to.
This is close to blasting
Contacts who never open aren't harmless: they drag your sender reputation down and push your best contacts towards spam. Entrello flags the dormant ones so you can leave them out — or win them back deliberately, with a campaign built for them.
Everyone, every time
This is the fastest way to burn a list. Opens fall, unsubscribes climb, and inbox providers start reading you as spam — until even your regulars stop seeing you. It's also the most expensive way to send, because you pay for every one of those mails. Entrello was built to end exactly this: segment once, and the Audience Builder keeps the groups current from every ticket sold, so you mail fewer people, more often, and get more back.
≈ 8,400 emails a month
Newsletters, invitations, reminders and automated mails all count towards this.

This is a starting point, not a quote
Every organisation works its audience differently, so the last step is a short conversation — ten or fifteen minutes — where we set the two numbers where they actually make sense for you. Seasonal peaks, an unusually large but quiet list, a festival year: all of it is workable.
