Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data described here is Entrello Ticket & Service GmbH, Spengergasse 37, 1050 Vienna, Austria. You can reach us about anything on this page at support@entrello.app.
We process personal data only on the basis of the law — the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act. This policy covers two quite different things, and it is worth keeping them apart: this website, and the Marketer product itself.
This website
marketer.entrello.app is a static site and its fonts are served from this domain. Session storage remembers the chosen language and reading position until the tab closes. A small sign-in flag may let the site show “Go to dashboard” instead of “Try for free”; it carries neither a session nor an identity.
The strictly necessary cookie e7_corporate_tracking_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days across Entrello’s company sites and organiser applications under entrello.app. It records only the policy version and whether optional analytics and marketing were allowed.
Optional analytics and marketing
If you consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn and Meta may receive technical device and browser information, the page and referring campaign, and interactions such as page views, clicks or a confirmed business conversion. We use this to understand our sites and measure campaigns; we do not send names, contact details, form contents or ticket-buyer data in our conversion events.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — site measurement and campaign attribution
- Microsoft Clarity — interaction and usability analysis
- LinkedIn Insight — campaign measurement
- Meta Pixel — campaign measurement
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021. These tools and Google Tag Manager do not load before consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer; withdrawal stops future loading without affecting prior lawful processing.
This choice does not apply to ticket shops on shop.entrello.app. Each shop organiser decides which optional analytics and advertising tools its shop uses and asks separately. A choice made here does not change shop settings, and a choice made in a shop does not change these settings.
Our hosting provider records the usual server log lines needed to run the site and keep it secure: IP address, time, the page requested, and the description the browser gives of itself. These are kept only as long as that purpose requires.
The price calculator
The calculator on the pricing page works out an estimate and sends it to you. It is the only form on this site, and the only place here that collects personal data.
What is submitted
- About your organisation: its name and type, events per year, how many contacts you keep and where you keep them today, campaigns per month, how much of the list a send reaches, and how you segment it.
- About you: your name, your role, your email address and — if you give it — your phone number, plus whether you would rather have an email, a call or a demo.
- Your consent tick, and separately whether you asked for occasional product news.
We use these details for two things and nothing else: to work out the estimate, and to get back to you about a plan. We do not sell them, we do not pass them on, and you are not added to a newsletter unless you tick the separate box that asks.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The tick is what makes the record lawful, so a submission without it is refused rather than stored. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@entrello.app, and the details are then deleted.
On how long we keep it
We state no retention period here, because nothing on our side would enforce one. The record exists for as long as the conversation it belongs to is live, and it goes when you ask. A deadline we promised and did not keep would be worse than none at all.
Writing to us
If you email hello@entrello.io or support@entrello.app, your message and your address are stored so that we can answer, and kept afterwards in our contact database for the correspondence that follows. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Audience data inside Marketer
Marketer is a tool an organiser uses on their own audience. The contacts in it — names, email addresses, phone numbers, tags, segment membership, what was opened and clicked, wallet cards and push tokens — belong to that organiser, who is the controller for them.
Entrello is the processor. We hold and process that data on the organiser’s instructions, under a data-processing agreement as required by Art. 28 GDPR. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not market to it.
Consent is recorded per contact and per channel, and an unsubscribe is honoured across every channel at once.
If you are a visitor rather than an organiser and want to know what is held about you, or want it corrected or deleted, the organiser holding your details is the one to ask — their name is on the ticket, the email or the shop you bought from. We will help them answer, but the decision is theirs.
Where the data is stored
All data Entrello processes is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. Where a processor named below sits outside the EU, the transfer rests on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the product. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and handles only what its job requires.
- Mailgun (Sinch) — sending email — San Antonio, Texas, USA
- Stripe — subscription payments — San Francisco, California, USA
- Sentry — error reports — San Francisco, California, USA
- HyperDX — log analysis — San Francisco, California, USA
- Gleap — customer feedback — Linz, Austria
- Slack — internal monitoring alerts — Dublin, Ireland
Anything added to this list will be named here before it starts processing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful before.
Write to support@entrello.app. We aim to answer within 30 days. Where we hold the data as an organiser’s processor, we pass the request straight to them and tell you that we have.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. The Austrian one is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
Changes to this policy
As the product changes, this policy will too. The date at the top of the page is the last time it did. Where a change materially affects how we process data we already hold, we tell account holders before it takes effect.
